Abhyanga
Abhyanga (massage); an individually prepared Ayurvedic herbal oil body massage. Swedana
Swedana (sweating): Individual herbal coatings in different ways. A medicated steam bath usually done in a steam box. Add different herbs to the steam generator depending on the patient. Sweat therapy is beneficial for joint pain, OA, back pain, dyspnea, coughing, hiccups, heaviness, stiffness, headaches, neck pain, Bell’s palsy, paralysis, loss of sensation, and sciatica.
Shirodhara
Shirodhara: (Pouring oil on the head) is administered by gently and methodically pouring warm medicated oil onto the forehead.Medicated oils, medicinal buttermilk – decoctions can be used for the same purpose as needed by the patient.

Pizhichil is his one of Kerala’s special Ayurvedic treatments, developed by Kerala scholars. This treatment continues with warm medicated oils flowing all over the body, followed by a perfectly harmonizing Ayurvedic massage. Very calming and relaxing. Acting as a radical scavenger, it tones, strengthens and rejuvenates the whole body. This will also improve your vitality and immunity. Udwartana
Udwartana is a deeply penetrating powder his massage designed to reduce body weight and rid the body of stagnant lymphotoxins. Powder massage is usually upward. Nyavalakkizi (SSPS)

Erakji (PPS)

Tarpanam

Kati Basti

Janu Basti
