Swedish massage
The full process is smooth and soft: the client is covered with a sheet to provide warmness and relaxation, further the therapist will uncover areas which are working on. The massage contains various touches likes: stroking, light kneading, deep circular motions, tapping and others depending on needs of the client in order to minor the pains.
Generally, the procedure last for about 60–90 minutes.

Moroccan bath
The full procedure contains cleansing the body and hair with warm water using black soap with essential oils and ingredients to soften and nourish the skin, and then the client is invited to the special steam room with relaxing atmosphere and healing steam, to remove the toxins and chemicals from the pores. The last stage is exfoliating with special kessa mittens, scrubbing the full body and douching with cold water, improving skin tone and smoothness.
The full session in average takes for about 2,5-3 hours.

Deep tissue
During a massage session the therapist will use slow enhanced stroking and deep finger pressure to remove the tension from the deepest layers of the muscles, however, massage should not bring pain or discomfort. It is not used for the sensitive skin. Deep tissue massage can be characterized as a medium intensity type of massage, in sum it lasts for 60–90 minutes.

Hot stone massage
The stone therapy has many advantages: it manages the blood flow, eases the pain not only in muscles, but also the headache and others with the final full relaxation and calming.
Usually Suba Spa massage is 90 minutes long.
