Our adult CrossFit program runs 7 days a week from Saturday to Thursday morning and evening classes and Friday morning classes. Every day, there is a new and different Workout of the Day (WOD) programmed by experienced trainers based on various functional movements that reflect the best aspects of weightlifting, gymnastics, running, boating and more.
