Patra Potri is a sweating therapy used to relieve pain and rejuvenate and strengthen soft tissues, joints and muscles in the body. Potli is made by stuffing the leaves of medicinal plants to induce heating. It is a treatment that causes sweating by applying heat to a potri filled with leaves of different plants according to the disease and dosha. Potoli are heated in a pan or dipped in heated herbal oil. Once the potli is sufficiently heated, remove it and gently rub it over your joints and other painful areas.

Q THAI MASSAGE

Unlike all other massage techniques, Thai massage does not require you to lie passively on the couch, but on the floor, making you a more active participant in the whole process. A full body massage usually takes between 90 minutes and 2 hours.
