Deep tissue
During a massage session the therapist will use slow enhanced stroking and deep finger pressure to remove the tension from the deepest layers of the muscles, however, massage should not bring pain or discomfort. It is not used for the sensitive skin. Deep tissue massage can be characterized as a medium intensity type of massage, in sum it lasts for 60–90 minutes.

The full procedure contains cleansing the body and hair with warm water using black soap with essential oils and ingredients to soften and nourish the skin, and then the client is invited to the special steam room with relaxing atmosphere and healing steam, to remove the toxins and chemicals from the pores. The last stage is exfoliating with special kessa mittens, scrubbing the full body and douching with cold water, improving skin tone and smoothness.
The full session in average takes for about 2,5-3 hours.
