Located on the fifth floor of Swiss Al-Ghour, Swissotel Spa & Sport is the ideal place to recover batteries, relax and hang out. Choose a spa procedure to restore vitality and balance, or maintain a fully equipped gym, or relax in the swimming pool of our fitness center. With a refreshing Jacuzzi, steam room, sauna, leisure lounge, gym and outdoor pool, our spa and sports facilities will certainly make you irritable and pleasant. Opening time: Fitness center – from 06:00 until 23:00 – from week to Wednesday from 10:00 until 22:00, from 10:00 to 23:00.

Q Moroccan bath

The full procedure contains cleansing the body and hair with warm water using black soap with essential oils and ingredients to soften and nourish the skin, and then the client is invited to the special steam room with relaxing atmosphere and healing steam, to remove the toxins and chemicals from the pores. The last stage is exfoliating with special kessa mittens, scrubbing the full body and douching with cold water, improving skin tone and smoothness.
The full session in average takes for about 2,5-3 hours.
